WEIGHT LOSS & HEALTH
action:
I am committed to losing 2 inches off my waist and fitting comfortably in 32 waist pants. I will do this by following a weight training routine 3-4 times a week and working out at least 5-6 days out of the week.
NUTRITION & HEALTH
action:
I am committed to having more energy and less inflammation. I will accomplish this by increasing my protein intake and lowering my carb intake and only eating fast food once a week.
INCOME/FINANCIAL
action:
I am committed to having consisten full-time income at a rate of $50/hour or higher for the next year so I can pay off my debt. I will do this by applying to 15-20 jobs/day until I reach the contracts I need or receive a full-time offer.
REST/RECOVERY/PRODUCTIVITY
action:
I am committed to waking up at 7AM every morning so I can time block silence for prayer/devotional and do small things around the house before open gym at 10AM. I will accomplish this by going to bed by 10:30PM.
